Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to join our team. The Staffing Specialist for Totality Staffing will assist Totality healthcare professionals with coordinating schedules. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in scheduling software, and a deep understanding of client staffing needs.
Experience: Must have 2 years of experience in healthcare staffing and knowledge of using scheduling software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fill & confirm orders for client facilities
Maintain contact with all team members and assist with their scheduling needs
Regular contact with client facilities to update staffing needs, at least weekly.
Regular contact with team members and assistance with scheduling and maintaining credentials
Managing long-term orders and filling contracts
On-call every 3rd week
Skills/Abilities:
This position requires excellent communication skills
Computer literacy skills
Ability to maintain professionalism with team members and clients
